Teaching Kimchi dot Com was started in June 2007 by a couple of Asian-American teachers in order to help others who want to teach in Korea, by providing information for teachers like them.
You can hear from them and talk about the number of questions you have about Korea, culture, food, Jobs, Visas etc… Start a blog with a question you have and they will help you answer them.
Teaching Kimchi dot Com also gives you an exposure to what other teachers from Native-English speaking countries are facing in Korea. Read about them in their interviews to Teaching Kimchi dot Com.
There are also interviews with the employers of these teachers, making it an informative website where you hear two sides of the story.
We also have restaurant reviews making it very suitable for your taste buds that might have to otherwise starve in a foreign land.
The job listing on our website helps you to choose a job easily. There is also information about visas, procedures, contracts, salary, tax rates, savings and the many questions that we answer on this site.
Please feel free to contact us, we are doing our best to update and improve the site daily.
